In the latest move to transform the country into a landscape of incarcerated colonies with a built-in cheap labor force, an 11-year-old girl is being charged with assault for throwing a rock. I’m sure it takes longer to train such a youngster to press license plates or break rocks at the quarry, but I’m sure it’s cost-effective in the long term.
